Albert has spent more than 20 years designing residential projects — from ground-up custom homes to additions, renovations, and the permit-ready drawings that turn an idea into something a builder can actually price.
He founded Creating Design Solutions to keep that work personal. Every project he takes on is one he sees through himself — the first conversation, the early sketches, the construction documents, and the back-and-forth with the building department. Clients don't get passed off; they get the same designer from the first meeting to the final approved plan.
Albert works in two regions he knows well — South Florida and Colorado's Front Range — bringing direct, current knowledge of HVHZ requirements, FEMA flood and wind considerations, Denver bulk-plane and ADU rules, foothill wildfire mitigation, and the local jurisdictions that ultimately decide what gets built.
His approach is quieter than the industry norm: listen first, draw second, document clearly, and never confuse complexity with quality. The homes that come out of that process tend to feel like the people who live in them.

Creating Design Solutions is a residential design firm — we design the project and produce the complete, permit-ready plans. You contract directly with your own builder or general contractor for construction, and we coordinate alongside them.

Discovery
We sit down with you — in person where possible — to walk the property, understand your goals, your timeline, your budget, and the way you actually live in the house. We leave with enough to scope the project honestly.

Schematic Design
We translate that conversation into early plans, massing, and site studies. You see options, push back, and we refine until the design clearly fits the property, the program, and the budget.

Design Development
Once the direction is set, we move to detailed plans, elevations, sections, and the materials and assemblies that define how the project will look and perform. Decisions get locked in here.

Permit-Ready Construction Documents
We produce a complete, coordinated drawing set built for the jurisdiction your project sits in — structural coordination, code compliance, and the level of detail your builder needs to price and build.

Permitting Support
We submit, respond to plan-review comments, and manage revisions through approval. You're not chasing the city — we are.

Builder Handoff & Construction Coordination
We work alongside the general contractor you've chosen, answering questions, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving field conditions so the home gets built the way it was drawn.
