Do you design the home, or build it too?
We are a design firm. We deliver complete, permit-ready construction drawings; you contract your own builder. We remain available to your builder throughout construction.
How long does a new custom home take to design?
Design typically takes from about 2 weeks for a renovation to about 8 weeks for a custom home, depending on the project. Permit review typically takes 1–3 months depending on the project type.
Can you help us choose a builder?
Yes. We're glad to share guidance on what to look for in a builder and how to evaluate bids using our drawing set.
How soon can my project start?
Your project starts once the design agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
Will I work directly with the principal?

Do you handle permits for the home?
