CDS is a residential design firm. We provide residential design services and produce permit-ready construction drawings. We do not perform construction. The homeowner is responsible for separately contracting their own licensed builder or contractor for any construction work. Any design services are provided under a separate written agreement between CDS and the client; this website and its contents do not constitute such an agreement.
